Social Worker: Family Safeguarding & Positive Outcomes

Tripod Executive is recruiting safeguarding support roles across Northamptonshire, including Corby, Northampton, Kettering and Wellingborough. The teams support children and families on Protection Plans and Child in Need plans, working with professionals to reduce risks and unmet needs while keeping families together where safe.

Roles involve collaborative, solution‑focused approaches with regular family visits. Interviews will be held in person.
