Key Responsibilities

• Liaise effectively with external agencies , including schools, health services, and legal bodies, to coordinate support efforts.

Requirements

• Qualified Social Worker with a relevant degree and HCPC registration.
• Proven experience in child protection and family support services.
• Thorough understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures in England.
• Excellent assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse client groups.
• Proficiency in using social care IT systems and maintaining meticulous records.
