Social Worker – Learning Disability & Autism Team

Lancashire County Council is recruiting a Social Worker to join the Learning Disability & Autism Team in South Ribble & Chorley. This permanent role supports adults with learning disabilities to live independently and achieve meaningful outcomes in their communities.

You will work in partnership with individuals, families and professionals, advocate for person-centred care, and contribute to a strengths-based, values-driven Adult Social Care service in Lancashire.
