Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs, including risk assessments and care planning, via virtual means.

- Liaise effectively with statutory and voluntary sector organisations to coordinate services and advocate for clients' rights and needs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential case records using digital case management systems.
- Respond to safeguarding concerns and operate within relevant legal and ethical frameworks to ensure client safety and well-being.
Requirements
- Recognised professional social work qualification (e.g., DipSW, BA/MA in Social Work).
- Current registration with the relevant professional body (e.g., Scottish Social Services Council).
- Proven experience in a social work setting, with a strong understanding of social care legislation and policy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and IT skills, with the ability to engage effectively online.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage a caseload efficiently, and uphold professional standards remotely.
