Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification, with current professional registration.
- Proven experience in a social care setting, demonstrating strong assessment and intervention skills.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and ethical guidelines governing social work practice.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Proficiency in using IT systems for case management and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, managing a caseload effectively.
