Soft Estates Lead: Grounds & Safety Operations

Balfour Beatty plc is recruiting for a supervisor to lead soft estate maintenance on the M25 DBFO network. You will supervise grass cutting, vegetation clearance and hazard mitigation, while managing people and ensuring safety and reporting standards.

Essential qualifications include LGV Class 1, CPC/Digi, SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS Supervisors Card, ROLO supervisor level and Level 2 NVQ in highways maintenance. The role offers full-time hours and benefits as part of CPS UK.
