Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable backend applications using Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge within the team.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems, identifying and implementing performance enhancements.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and assist in technical design documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Software Developer with a strong focus on Java development.
- Proficiency in Java programming language and object-oriented design principles.
- Experience with the Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC) is essential.
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM technologies (e.g., Hibernate).
- Understanding of version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
