Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, fostering professional growth and a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools.
• Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle and various development methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience working within a hybrid team structure and ability to adapt to changing project needs.
