The role requires collaboration with trading and technology teams, leading projects independently, and possessing excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with equities trading systems is essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing and optimizing high-performance equity trading systems using C++.

Requirements & Qualifications:

5. Understanding of quantitative trading needs.
