About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze soil samples for physical, chemical, and biological properties.
• Develop recommendations for soil fertility management, crop nutrition, and soil conservation.

• Contribute to the development of new technologies and strategies for soil improvement and remediation.
• Prepare detailed scientific reports, research papers, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Soil Science, Agronomy, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience in soil analysis techniques and interpretation.
• Strong understanding of soil chemistry, physics, biology, and ecology.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software and scientific writing.
• Experience with remote sensing or GIS for soil mapping is a plus.
