Our client is seeking a talented Solicitor specializing in Corporate Law to join their established practice in Belfast . This is an office-based role where you will handle a diverse range of corporate transactions and provide expert legal advice to a varied client base. Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex corporate agreements and transactional documents.
• Conduct legal due diligence for corporate transactions.
• Provide general corporate governance advice to companies.
• Manage client relationships and build strong professional networks.
• Work collaboratively with other departments within the firm.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with a valid practicing certificate in Northern Ireland.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate law or mergers and acquisitions.
• Strong understanding of company law and corporate finance.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage client expectations and deliver commercially astute advice.
• Commitment to working from the Belfast office .
