The firm acts for clients throughout England and Wales, combining the resources of a large practice with the personalised service of specialist lawyers. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented solicitor to become part of a highly regarded Private Client department handling a broad range of high‑quality work. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, powers of attorney, and succession planning matters. The role would suit an ambitious and client‑focused solicitor who is committed to delivering exceptional legal advice and building long‑term relationships with clients and professional referrers. Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to business development are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning matters.
• Managing estate administration files from instruction through to completion.
• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Developing and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships.
• Supporting the continued growth and success of the Private Client team.
