About the Role
Our client, a leading law firm with a strong presence in Oxford , is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their highly respected Real Estate department. This role offers the chance to manage a broad range of commercial property transactions for a diverse client base, including developers, investors, and corporate occupiers. You will be instrumental in advising on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects, contributing to the continued success of the practice. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and landlord and tenant matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate leases, contracts, and other property-related legal documents.
- Conduct due diligence on properties and provide comprehensive legal advice to clients.
- Liaise effectively with clients, surveyors, agents, and other stakeholders.
- Advise on property development, planning agreements, and joint ventures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant property law legislation and best practices.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience in Real Estate law.
- Strong experience in handling commercial property transactions and leasehold work.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and accurately.
- Familiarity with the Oxford property market is an advantage.
