Job Description
We are working with an international UK law firm based in Belfast for a Solicitor to join their TMT team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a market-leading TMT team, advising global technology companies, financial institutions, insurers, public sector bodies and multinational businesses on complex data protection, cyber security and digital regulatory matters.
The role will involve advising on UK and EU GDPR compliance, international data transfers, cyber incident response and preparedness, regulatory investigations and data privacy disputes. The successful candidate will also advise on emerging areas including AI and online safety, draft and negotiate data provisions in commercial and technology agreements, manage client matters and contribute to business development and thought leadership.
- 1-4 years’ PQE;
