Real Estate Finance Solicitor/Associate | 3+ PQE | London | hybrid working | £65 -£80k DOE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join a highly regarded Legal 500 firm in its London office.

This is a successful and fast-paced practice with a prolific client base, punching well above its weight in terms of the quality and calibre of its clients and transactions. The team has a strong focus on acting for panel lenders and is known for delivering commercially focused advice within demanding timescales.

The successful Real Estate Finance Solicitor will focus on the due diligence aspects of Real Estate finance transactional matters, acting for lenders and is not a Banking role. The role will manage a varied caseload of property finance transactional matters, including:

• Acquisition finance
• Investment finance
• Bridging finance
• Development finance

You will be a qualified English/Welsh Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE in Real Estate Finance gained within a reputable London or regional firm. You should be technically strong, commercially aware and confident managing transactions with minimal supervision. You will have a solid background in property as well as Real Estate Finance and be able to deal with unexpected issues outside of the typical straightforward transactions which may arise including regulation, etc.

The role would suit a proactive and highly organised Real Estate Finance Solicitor who enjoys working in a busy environment, developing trusted relationships with lender clients and collaborating with colleagues. An interest in networking, business development and supervising junior team members would also be welcomed.
