Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.

• Contribute to menu development, recipe testing, and the creation of specials.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie within the catering or hospitality sector.
