Spa Chef de Partie - Luxury Hotel, 40h, Service Charge

Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a Chef de Partie for Rookery Hall Hotel & Spa. You will manage a designated kitchen section and work with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver exceptional dining in a luxury setting.

You will cook to high standards, maintain hygiene, support junior team members, and assist with private dining and events. This full-time role includes a 40-hour week, 5 days out of 7, with a £14 per hour base and service charge.
