Spa Supervisor — Luxury Wellness & Guest Experience

The Ned City of London Spa is seeking a dedicated Spa Supervisor to lead the reception team and ensure every guest journey feels relaxed, personal and memorable from arrival through treatment to post‑care.

Reporting to the Spa Manager, you will drive service excellence, uphold safety standards, and collaborate with wellness, rooms, housekeeping and membership teams to deliver a seamless experience for members and hotel guests.
