As a Spa Therapist , your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
- To hold NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy Qualification
- To ensure the Spa treatment rooms and relaxation areas are kept to the highest standard of cleanliness and comply with the health, hygiene and safety regulations.
- To prepare Life style guides/recommendations for each guest after a treatment.
- To consistently re-stock amenities in the treatment rooms and ESPA/VOYA products.
- To be the consummate professional at all times; immaculate appearance, excellent customer service, smile
You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
