Our client is looking for a Space Utilisation Analyst to help shape how their workplace portfolio is used, ensuring space is efficient, effective and aligned with business needs. You’ll analyse occupancy and utilisation data, identify trends and opportunities, and turn data into clear insights and recommendations for workplace and property decision-making. The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Experience in workplace, property, facilities or space utilisation
• Excellent Excel skills, with Power BI or similar experience desirable
• The ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
