Spanish speaking Business Development Manager (FMCG)
Location: London
Hybrid work 2 days a week in the office
Salary: up to £50,000 per annum depending on experience plus bonus and great benefits

Main duties : An exciting opportunity to join a well-known brand where you will drive sales growth across Southern Europe by managing distributors, developing retail and foodservice channels as well as identifying new business opportunities
The role:
- Develop sales and distribution across mainstream retail, independent retailers and foodservice channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers and other external stakeholders
- Plan, execute and evaluate trade promotions and commercial activities.
- Monitor pricing, competitors, market trends and sales performance to support business planning
- Coordinate inventory and supply planning with distributors to ensure continuous product availability.
- Analyse market and sales data providing timely reports to management
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver business project
Candidate's Profile
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) essential
- Fluent in Italian would be an extra advantage
- Experience in FMCG sales or business development needed
- Exposure to distributor management and supply chain desirable
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, organisational and reporting skills with good Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Passion for food and the food industry
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
- Must have a valid UK/EU drivers licence
- Must have the right to work in the UK
