Special Needs Teaching Assistant — Part-Time, Term-Time

Shorefields School is seeking a teaching assistant to support pupils aged 3–19 with complex learning difficulties. The role is part-time (26.25 hours weekly) during term time plus non-pupil days, with an immediate start and fixed-term until 31 March 2027.

Applicants should have NVQ level 3 or equivalent and experience with challenging behaviour or disabilities. The post carries a gross annual salary of £16,461–£16,947 and requires fitness for a physically demanding environment.
