Key Responsibilities

• Perform specialized cleaning and decontamination of biohazard sites in accordance with established safety and industry standards.
• Safely handle, package, and dispose of hazardous waste materials, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Utilize advanced cleaning technologies, including chemical treatments, ozone generation, and specialized disinfection methods.
• Conduct thorough site assessments to determine the scope of contamination and the appropriate remediation strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in biohazard remediation, crime scene cleanup, or related hazardous material handling.
• Certification in relevant areas such as IICRC (S500, S520), OSHA HAZWOPER, or equivalent is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of infection control, microbial risks, and decontamination procedures.
• Ability to work under extreme pressure, maintaining composure and focus in disturbing environments.
• Excellent physical condition to perform demanding tasks and wear protective gear for extended periods.
• Willingness to travel within the service area and be on-call for emergency responses, often at short notice.
