About the Role

Our client is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Specialist Cleaner to join their team in Stoke-on-Trent . This role focuses on carrying out advanced cleaning tasks in specific environments, such as deep cleaning, sanitization, and post-construction clean-ups. You will be responsible for using specialized equipment and techniques to ensure exceptional levels of cleanliness and hygiene. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining pristine environments for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform specialized cleaning services, including deep cleaning, disinfection, and sanitization.
• Operate specialized cleaning equipment and machinery safely and effectively.
• Handle cleaning chemicals and solutions according to safety data sheets and site procedures.
• Work on diverse projects, including end-of-tenancy cleaning, post-renovation cleaning, and high-touch area sanitization.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards and within specified timeframes.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any defects or needs for maintenance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cleaner, with specialization in deep cleaning or specific environments.
• Proficiency in using various cleaning equipment and techniques.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their appropriate applications.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations, including COSHH.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
