Key Responsibilities

• Execute specialized cleaning procedures, such as carpet shampooing, window cleaning at height, and hard floor maintenance.
• Operate and maintain specialized cleaning equipment, including industrial vacuum cleaners and pressure washers.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines, including COSHH regulations.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks in kitchens, washrooms, and high-traffic areas to prevent contamination.
• Respond to urgent cleaning requests and emergency situations efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, chemicals used, and equipment serviced.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a specialist cleaning role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in using a variety of cleaning machinery and techniques.
• Knowledge of COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
