About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Specialist Cleaning Operative to undertake detailed cleaning tasks across various commercial and public spaces in Brighton . This role involves the use of specialised equipment and techniques to address challenging cleaning requirements, such as deep cleaning, stain removal, and sanitisation of high-traffic areas. You will be responsible for ensuring that all assigned areas meet stringent cleanliness and hygiene standards, contributing to the professional image and operational integrity of client sites. Key Responsibilities

• Perform deep cleaning and sanitisation of various surfaces, including carpets, upholstery, and hard floors.
• Utilise specialised cleaning equipment, such as pressure washers, steam cleaners, and industrial vacuums.
• Address specific cleaning challenges like graffiti removal, chewing gum removal, and odour control.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including COSHH and proper use of PPE.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
• Work effectively as part of a team or independently to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a specialist cleaning role, demonstrating proficiency with various cleaning methods and equipment.
