Key Responsibilities

• Perform specialized cleaning tasks, including deep cleaning, sanitization, and disinfection of various premises.
• Handle biohazardous waste removal and decontamination processes safely and compliantly.
• Conduct post-construction or renovation cleaning, ensuring properties are ready for occupancy.
• Operate specialized cleaning equipment and utilize appropriate cleaning agents for different surfaces and materials.

Requirements

• Previous experience in specialist cleaning, such as trauma scene cleanup, industrial cleaning, or similar.
• Knowledge of handling hazardous materials and relevant safety regulations (e.g., COSHH).
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in challenging environments.
• Strong physical stamina and the capacity to perform demanding manual work.
