Key Responsibilities

• Perform specialised cleaning procedures for sensitive areas, including high-tech facilities, laboratories, or healthcare environments.
• Operate and maintain advanced cleaning equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
• Develop and implement cleaning plans tailored to the specific needs of different client sites or areas.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, including COSHH and infection control standards.
• Manage inventory of specialised cleaning agents and consumables, ordering replacements as necessary.
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members on specialist cleaning techniques.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a specialist cleaning role or as a senior cleaner with a focus on specific environments.
• Expertise in the use of advanced cleaning technologies and specialised cleaning chemicals .
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards pertinent to specialised cleaning sectors.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to varying cleaning challenges.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and cleaning protocols accurately.
