About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Specialist Cleaning Technician to join their team in Leeds . This role involves performing advanced cleaning procedures for specialized environments, requiring a high level of expertise and adherence to strict protocols. You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional hygiene standards in areas such as sensitive laboratories, high-traffic commercial spaces, or post-construction sites, ensuring a safe and pristine condition. Key Responsibilities

• Execute specialized cleaning tasks using advanced techniques and equipment for various environments (e.g., deep cleaning, biohazard cleanup, post-construction cleaning).
• Operate and maintain specialized cleaning machinery and tools, ensuring they are in excellent working condition.
• Adhere strictly to all health and safety protocols , including the safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Perform regular inspections of assigned areas, identifying and addressing any cleaning deficiencies promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, chemicals used, and any issues encountered.
• Collaborate with site managers and clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cleaning technician , with specific experience in specialized cleaning services.
• Proficiency in using a wide range of cleaning equipment and chemicals, including industrial-grade solutions.
• Thorough understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to cleaning operations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management skills.
• Good physical condition and stamina to perform demanding cleaning tasks.
• Willingness to undergo further training and obtain relevant certifications.
