Specialist Community Forensic Worker: Mental Health

Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a Specialist Community Forensic worker to support the transition of service users from secure care to the community. You will operate within a strong MDT, coordinating care and delivering targeted interventions to reduce re-admission risk.

The role offers opportunities to train in social supervision and contribute to recovery planning with service users and carers, while developing expertise in specialist forensic practice.
