This role focuses on providing intensive cleaning services for specialized environments, including post-construction sites, event venues after major events, and properties requiring deep sanitization. The successful candidate will be proficient in using advanced cleaning techniques and equipment to tackle challenging cleaning tasks, ensuring environments are immaculate and safe. Attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional results are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform deep cleaning tasks in challenging environments, including removing construction debris, grime, and stains.
• Operate specialized cleaning machinery and tools, such as industrial vacuums, steam cleaners, and pressure washers.
• Apply appropriate cleaning solutions and disinfectants according to safety protocols.
• Ensure thorough sanitization of surfaces, fixtures, and fittings.
• Manage cleaning schedules effectively to meet project deadlines and client requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, or a similar specialized cleaning role.
• Proficiency with a range of specialized cleaning equipment and products.
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures, including COSHH.
• Ability to work physically demanding tasks and in varied environmental conditions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous approach to cleaning.
