About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Specialist Deep Cleaning Technician to provide intensive cleaning services for challenging environments in Glasgow . This role requires expertise in tackling tough cleaning jobs, including post-construction clean-ups, biohazard remediation support, and specialized industrial equipment sanitization. You will be instrumental in restoring and maintaining environments to the highest levels of cleanliness and safety, often working under specific protocols and time constraints. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a robust understanding of advanced cleaning techniques and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform deep cleaning and decontamination of specialized areas, including construction sites, flood-damaged properties, and crime scenes.
• Operate specialized cleaning equipment such as high-pressure washers, steam cleaners, and industrial extractors.
• Apply appropriate chemical treatments and sanitization agents safely and effectively.
• Ensure all waste materials are handled and disposed of in compliance with regulations.
• Conduct thorough site assessments to determine cleaning requirements and procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning processes, materials used, and safety compliance.

Requirements

• Significant experience in deep cleaning , remediation, or specialized sanitation services.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining advanced cleaning machinery.
• In-depth knowledge of hazardous materials handling and disposal protocols.
• Certification in relevant cleaning or remediation techniques is a plus.
