Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a strong focus on or specialization in Tech recruitment.
• Demonstrated understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and programming languages.
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology tools.
