About the Role

Our client is looking for a skilled Specialized Cleaning Technician to join their team in Wolverhampton . This role focuses on providing expert cleaning services for unique environments that require specific knowledge and advanced techniques, such as post-construction sites, deep cleaning of commercial kitchens, or biohazard remediation. You will be responsible for employing specialized equipment and chemicals to ensure thorough sanitation and safety compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Perform specialized cleaning tasks including deep cleaning, post-construction cleanup, and sanitization of high-risk areas.
• Operate and maintain specialized cleaning equipment such as industrial vacuums, pressure washers, and air scrubbers.
• Handle and dispose of cleaning chemicals and waste materials safely and in accordance with environmental regulations.
• Conduct thorough site assessments to determine the scope of work and required cleaning methods.
• Adhere to strict health and safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ensure all completed work meets the company's high standards for cleanliness and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a specialized cleaning role (e.g., post-construction, biohazard, industrial cleaning).

• Knowledge of chemical handling, safety data sheets (SDS), and waste disposal procedures.
• A strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
