Speech & Language TA - Full-Time Temp-to-Perm, Free CPD

Tradewind Recruitment are partnering with a welcoming primary school in Wellingborough to appoint a Speech and Language Teaching Assistant from September 2026 for a full-time, temporary-to-permanent role.

You will provide 1:1 and small‑group support for pupils with speech, language and communication needs, deliver targeted activities, monitor progress, liaise with the SENCO and teachers, and help create an inclusive, confidence-building learning environment.
