About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all centre users, handling inquiries and assisting with bookings.
• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and tidiness of all sports facilities and public areas.
• Assist with the setup and takedown of equipment for various sports activities, classes, and events.
• Monitor centre usage, ensuring adherence to rules and regulations by members and visitors.
• Support the reception desk with administrative tasks, including processing payments and managing memberships.
• Respond to emergency situations and incidents in accordance with centre procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or leisure environment is advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
