Sports Coach TA: Inspire Confidence & Wellbeing

Teaching Personnel is recruiting a Sports Coach Teaching Assistant for a specialist Bridgend school supporting pupils aged 7-19 with SEBD/BESD and ALN. The role is full-time, term-time only, with September 2026 start.

You will apply coaching skills to engage students inside and outside the classroom, support teachers, run sports-based interventions, and help raise confidence, wellbeing and participation in learning across diverse needs.
