Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time Sports Coach Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEND and SEMH setting in Cramlington. This rewarding role is ideal for someone with a background in sports coaching who is passionate about supporting children and young people beyond the playing field.

You'll use your ability to motivate, encourage and build positive relationships to help pupils engage with learning, regulate emotions and develop important life skills. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a genuine difference.

Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis Building positive and trusting relationships Encouraging teamwork, resilience and confidence Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour strategies Delivering structured activities and interventions Helping pupils engage positively in lessons Acting as a positive role model Working closely with teaching and pastoral staff Celebrating progress and achievements

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
