Sports Coach

• Deliver sports club activities at the Active Care afterschool club
• Assist with Active Care sessions after the club
• Deliver play-based and sports activities for children
• Assist in the day-to-day running of the provision
• Provide excellent customer experience and customer liaison
• Safeguard all children
• Build links with parents, carers and professionals to promote children's well-being
• Promote the provision within the provision location
• Provide a light tea for Active Care participants
• Provide holiday cover

Requirements

• Ideally have experience of working with Primary School children aged 4-11 years
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Level 2 coaching badge (Desirable)
• Knowledge and passion for a variety of sports (Desirable)
• Level 2 Food Hygiene (Training can be provided)
• Paediatric first aid (Training can be provided)
• Successful candidates must participate in a full DBS clearance
