Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for assigned sports teams or individuals.
• Lead and instruct athletes in fundamental and advanced techniques, tactics, and strategies.
• Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive sporting environment for all participants.
• Assess player performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Organize and manage team logistics, including scheduling practices and competitions.
• Collaborate with parents, guardians, and facility staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Requirements

• Relevant coaching qualifications and certifications for specific sports (e.g., FA coaching badges).
• Previous experience in coaching individuals or teams, preferably within a club or educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of the rules, techniques, and strategies of the sport(s) being coached.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Ability to adapt coaching methods to suit different age groups and abilities.
• Background check and safeguarding certifications will be required.
