Sports Development Lead - Clubs & Communities

High Life Highland is seeking a proactive Sports Development Officer to strengthen clubs and communities across Highland. You will work with clubs, volunteers and partners to improve governance, sustainability and inclusivity, supporting community sports initiatives.

The role focuses on governance, training for volunteers and coaches, fundraising opportunities and monitoring outcomes. This fixed-term post runs to March 2027 and involves collaboration with various partners to enhance sporting
