About the Role

This role is crucial in planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of sporting events, from local tournaments to larger regional competitions. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless event delivery, managing budgets, coordinating vendors, and guaranteeing a positive experience for participants and spectators alike. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all logistical aspects of assigned sporting events, including venue selection, scheduling, and setup.
• Develop and manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Source and manage relationships with vendors, sponsors, and suppliers to secure necessary resources and services.
• Oversee event marketing and promotion efforts to maximize attendance and participation.
• Ensure all events comply with relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Provide on-site support during events, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event management, with a focus on sports events being highly desirable.
