About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and reliable Sports Facilities Supervisor to manage and maintain their sports venues in Stoke-on-Trent . This role is crucial for ensuring that all sports facilities are safe, well-maintained, and available for community use. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a small team, coordinating bookings, and ensuring a positive experience for all users of the facilities. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of sports facilities, including pitches, courts, and changing rooms.
• Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and readiness of all facilities for bookings and events.
• Manage the scheduling and booking system for sports venues in Stoke-on-Trent .
• Lead and manage a team of facility attendants, including scheduling and task delegation.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment, reporting any maintenance or repair needs.
• Assist in the planning and execution of sporting events held at the facilities.

Requirements
