SRE Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Halifax or Edinburgh (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite in week)

Contract: Inside IR 35

We are looking for an experienced GCP Infrastructure/SRE Engineer to design, build and operate secure, automated cloud and API management platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build and maintain GCP infrastructure and API Management platforms .
• Support Apigee/API Gateway and broader integration services.
• Develop and maintain Terraform IaC for automated cloud provisioning.
• Implement CI/CD, automation, observability and reliability improvements .
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, focusing on permanent fixes through engineering and automation.
• Implement security, compliance, SLOs/SLIs , high availability and fault tolerance.
• Collaborate with architecture and product teams on cloud platform development.
• Contribute to technical standards, documentation and mentoring.
