Stadium Facilities Director: Operations & Maintenance Lead

Barnsley Football Club is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to lead the club’s facilities department at Ewood Park and surrounding BRFC sites. You will ensure stadium infrastructure, cleaning, waste and services are maintained and operational, with 40 hours per week plus matchday hours and flexible location when required.

You will plan and coordinate maintenance, manage budgets, supervise staff, and liaise with internal teams to deliver safe, compliant, and cost-efficient facility operations
