Staff Backend Engineer, Experimentation Platform & Azure

Marks & Spencer is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for the Experimentation team in the UK. You will help evolve our Experimentation platform, enabling product teams to run more experiments with confidence by delivering robust, scalable backend capabilities and self-service tooling.

You should bring deep backend experience in Java/Kotlin, strong Azure expertise, and a passion for platform thinking and enablement at scale.
