Staff Canteen Chef: Nutritious Meals & Team Kitchen Lead

The Pembroke Club is seeking an accomplished Chef de Partie to lead a busy staff kitchen within our Belgravia venue. You will oversee a designated section, delivering high-quality dishes for staff meals, events, and dining across multiple venues.

Working under the Sous Chef and Head Chef, you will maintain food safety standards, train junior team members, manage mise en place, and support menu development while upholding HACCP and cleanliness across the staff dining areas.
