Staff DevEx Architect - AI Platform & Productivity

CoreWeave is seeking a technical leader for the DevEx platform to own the architectural direction across CI, test experience, delivery systems, and artifact management. You will drive initiatives spanning multiple teams and shape agentic developer tooling used by engineers across the org.

You will mentor senior engineers, tackle systemic bottlenecks, and push for durable improvements in platform resilience and efficiency, aligning technical strategy with business goals.
