Locala Health and Wellbeing seeks a Staff Nurse to join the Intermediate Care Team. The role covers care from hospital discharge to home, including complex wound care and monitoring deteriorating patients.

The Nursing Team works with a multidisciplinary group to rehabilitate service users in their home, promoting safety and high-quality care. DBS check may be required; right to work in the UK is essential.
