Experienced and Compassionate RGN/RMN Staff Nurse for UK Nursing HomeWe are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled RGN/RMN Staff Nurse to join our team in a UK nursing home. Our ideal candidate will provide excellent care to our elderly residents, ensuring their safety and well-being while demonstrating empathy and compassion.

Responsibilities

• As a staff nurse, you will be responsible for delivering direct care and support to our residents, including administering medication and liaising with healthcare professionals as needed.
• You will also conduct assessments and create individualized care plans for each resident.
• Furthermore, you will supervise and manage other nursing staff and care assistants to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to residents.
• You must follow all policies and procedures to provide person-centered care, maintain accurate records, and update care plans as required.
• You should also be prepared to handle emergencies and unexpected situations that may arise during your shift.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate for this position must have NMC registration as an RGN or RMN and possess a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a nursing home or similar setting.
• You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
• As a compassionate and caring individual, you must have the ability to empathize with the needs of our residents.
• You should be capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Additionally, you must have flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and needs.
